What a truly delicious hook to pull you in. After reading this, I so want to read it myself. Don’t you?
Did I forget you
Where have you gone
Was there no one there
Were you all alone
In a world full of life
Why does it become so hard
To seek relief
To ask for love
Where did you go
Why did you leave
Are you still with us
Or have you gone
Miss you my dear
Miss you so much
Wish you were here
So I could get in touch
Sorrow is something she left behind.
Walking away, no longer naive,
her eyes were opened,
no longer would she be deceived.

DIRTY BLOOD BOX SET & NEW COVER REVEAL
!!!ON SALE FOR A LIMITED TIME!!!
PLUS GET AN EXCLUSIVE EXCERPT FROM BOOK 5, RELEASING IN MARCH 2015!!!
INCLUDED IN THIS BOX SET:
BOOK 1 – DIRTY BLOOD
I killed a girl last night. I did it with my bare hands and an old piece of pipe I found lying next to the dumpster. But that’s not the part that got me. The part that scared me, the part I can’t seem to wrap my head around and still has me reeling, was that when she charged me, her body shifted – and then she was a wolf. All snapping teeth and extended claws. But by the time I stood over her lifeless body, she was a girl again. That’s about the time I went into shock… And that was the moment he showed up.
Now, all I can do is accept the truths that are staring me in the face. One, Werewolves do exist. And two, I was born to kill them.
BOOK 2 – COLD BLOOD
Wood Point Academy is not at all what I expected.
For one thing, it looks like a cross between military school and Buckingham Palace. Everyone stares, the floors shine so bright you can see your reflection in them from a mile away, and no one smiles. Unless they’re kicking your butt in the process.
At least I’ve got plenty to take my mind off the fact that my psycho cousin, Miles De’Luca, keeps calling and declaring his love and promising to come for me just as soon as he’s destroyed anyone standing in our way. Wes isn’t going to like that idea. So between Miles, Wood Point’s evil welcoming committee, and the drill sergeant hottie trainer from hell, I just keep asking myself, how did I end up here?
BOOK 3 – BLOOD BOND
Hybrids.
If I had to choose one word to sum up all of my problems, this would be it.
Without hybrids, I wouldn’t have to watch my best friend slowly becoming a monster. Without hybrids, I could let go of the mentality “hunt or be hunted.” CHAS wouldn’t be scouring the Earth, intent on slaughtering and using Alex to do it. Without hybrids, I wouldn’t have to be on guard that losing my temper meant losing my shape. There would be no monster inside me, struggling to get out.
Then again, without hybrids, I wouldn’t have Wesley St. John.
BOOK 4 – BLOOD RULE
Forty-six.
That’s how many hybrids survived the Hunter attack in the woods after I revived them with an injection of my blood. That’s how many followed me home to Frederick Falls. And that’s how many were now mentally linked to me through a blood bond.
Two days. Three valium. Fourteen hours of sleep.
That’s what it took to realize I wasn’t losing my mind as a result of the noise in my own head.
Sixteen.
That’s how many days have passed since I almost killed Alex. That’s how many days I’ve sat by his bedside, waiting for him to wake up. To ease the guilt, to understand his betrayal, to remember the exact shade of brown in his eyes.
Zero.
That’s my chances of skating by with Gordon Steppe and the Hunter Council. They want me for questioning. I’m afraid what’ll happen if I give them answers.

This should be retitled…The truth is out there.
Why? Why would I call it that? Simply put, because it is. All you have to do is hunt it down. For all of the indie-writers like me out there, make sure you’re writing for all the right reasons.
Personally I do it because I have a truckload of stories that are in my head just bursting to get out and onto paper. It’s hard to keep up with them all. Harder still to get them into any semblance of order, and even moreso to get the time in to do it.
So, for all of those indie-writers out there that want to do it for the big bucks, please read the following as its very insightful- who knows, you may just save yourself some time in your life to do something more worthwhile… For you that is.
Over the last few months there has been much speculation amongst the people of Australia on the rights and wrongs of the requirements to be made by ISP’s as instructed by our government.
I find much wrong with this idea. My own thoughts on this is that they should be after the ‘bad guys’ and not the populace as a whole. To simplify it, and bunch these ‘bad’ people together though is fraught with danger. Let’s face it, one persons bad guy is someone that another government department has no interest in whatsoever.
To me it all smacks of too much control…a bit too Stalinistik for my tastes.
“Net Neutrality” is a veritible must in my view. With an open internet it is much easier for the ‘bad guys’ be they terrorists, paedophiles or simple tax dodgers to do their nefarious deeds for sure. But it also means that they don’t have to find a way around the tight constraints that are put in place. That in turn surely means that these horrible people would be easier to find, not harder? #NetNeutrality #YestoNetNeutrality
“Net Neutrality” is the simple but powerful principle that cable and broadband providers must treat all internet traffic equally. Whether you’re loading a blog post on WordPress.com, streaming House of Cards on Netflix, or browsing handcrafted tea cozies on Etsy, your internet provider can’t degrade your connection speed, block sites, or charge a toll based on the content that you’re viewing.
Net neutrality has defined the internet since its inception, and it’s hard to argue with the results: the internet is the most powerful engine of economic growth and free expression in history. Most importantly, the open internet is characterized by companies, products, and ideas that survive or fail depending on their own merit — not on whether they have preferred deals in place with a broadband service provider. Unfortunately, the principle of net neutrality, and the open internet that we know and love, is under attack.

The Tentacle Affaire – Slip Traveler Book 1 by Jeanne Adams
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
No spoilers…
Well! I’m stunned! If this was Ms. Jeanne Adams first book release then boy, is she challenging all other writers out there that have yet to be published. This was an awesome book. It was a not-put-downable (yes, I am well aware it’s not a real word, thank you) book! I would like to say I read it in one sitting but I had way too many interruptions.
The good: The story had pace, and because of this it was a page turner. The characters were fantastic, you loved or loathed just as the author wished you too. Some of the scenarios that played in my head as being possible outcomes (this was during the times I wasn’t reading, and was panting to get back to the book) I am happy to say, did not eventuate. Which means that I didn’t read ‘who-dunnit’ so I was truly pleased with this.
The bad: Hmmm, the only thing I can say is that some of the typo’s were not picked up by the editor/s which is a shame. There were only a few, and they were mainly not picked up as the spellchecker used in this instance was obviously not a high quality one. However, this did not detract from the story line,.
Would I read it again? Damn straight I would, and I’m off to Amazon to see if any of the other books in the series have been released yet. Cross your fingers for me.
